Nathan George is a career carpenter and has spent his adult life learning every aspect of the construction trade. His extensive knowledge of construction extended into the restoration industry in the 1990’s when he ran his own company prior to joining OHI. Nathan is an essential part of OHI’s day to day operations as the senior estimator and head of all production personnel. His strong problem solving skills and unique ability to work through the intricate challenges of each restoration project make Nathan an excellent source for customers in need of expert consultation.

Owner, General Manager
Rachel George graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism and also holds a law degree from the Gonzaga School of Law. She practiced law for 10 years before joining OHI Construction 11 years ago in order to learn the inner workings of the business in preparation for Steve and Penny’s retirement. Rachel is now the acting General Manager and is responsible for oversight of the company’s day-to-day operations. She enjoys working outside of the office with customers and insurance personnel to promote OHI and to keep abreast of the important issues in the restoration industry.
Estimator, Safety Program Manager
Jason Carey attended flight school in California and began working at OHI as a field carpenter when he was 19. He has worked in all aspects of the business and has made a career in the restoration industry in preparation for ownership of OHI. Jason is currently an experienced estimator and is primarily responsible for coordinating OHI’s safety program. Jason particularly enjoys working in the remodeling aspect of the industry and has an extensive roster of repeat customers who appreciate his attention to detail and fine customer service skills.
George joined OHI Construction in 1993. He understands how the insurance industry works and uses that knowledge to assist customers. George prides himself on his job management skills utilizing the OHI construction team. OHI employs experienced “in-house carpenters” and has a close working relationship with a variety of skilled sub contractors. The end result is a quality job: on time and to budget.

Cody has been with OHI Construction for 39 years. He is a master carpenter who enjoys intricate projects and consulting with engineers when his years of experience and knowledge is needed to assist them in completing plans for customers.

Brent has worked at OHI Construction for 34 years. He is an extremely organized, master carpenter who works best on the larger, more complex and upscale projects. Brent instills confidence in customers with his vast knowledge of construction and ability to restore even the most intricate details of a damaged structure.

Supervisor, Blue Team Leader
Mark has spent upwards of 37 years with OHI Construction. He was an apprentice for three years prior to running his own crew back in 1975. Mark is a master carpenter who pays great attention to detail. He excels at running multiple jobs, handling projects of varying sizes and teaching the younger carpenters all the aspects of job supervision. Lastly, he is great with customers and making sure they are happy with the final product.

Brad has been with OHI Construction for 27 years. He is an innovative creative thinker with excellent carpentry skills. Brad is a particularly strong framer and works closely with the people he supervises to pass on his many years of knowledge in the restoration business.

Office Manager/Accounts Payable/HR
Maryanne has been a valued OHI employee for over twenty years, steadfastly enduring through
the chaos of winter storm seasons and the myriad of claims that present throughout the summer months. She has extensive experience in office management starting with accounts payable, payroll and human resources and is currently responsible for oversight of all aspects of OHI’s office administration as acting Office Manager. With her ability to reason through problems and to implement new and innovative procedures, Maryanne is always available to help facilitate with the day-to-day business operations and is an important and respected resource for employees, subcontractors and clientele. In her downtime, she enjoys having fun with her family and chasing that elusive little white ball around the golf course. Chances are – if it has to do with the restoration process – Maryanne has seen it all!

Peggy has been part of the OHI administrative staff for 16 years primarily in the accounting department. She works closely with customers to guide them through the insurance claim process and also helps customers navigate through the maze of paperwork associated with mortgage company requirements during the payment phase. With her extensive history at OHI and experience in the administrative field, Peggy is instrumental in assisting our customers on a day to day basis. Peggy has been married for 33 years and loves baking, spending time with her two adult children, and rooting for the New England Patriots! Assistant Production Manager
Jodi is a lifelong resident of the greater Portland area and is very excited to join the OHI family. She has a background in Business Administration and Marketing as well as experience running her own small business. Jodi’s exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential to her role here at OHI which is primarily to support our production department with scheduling, completion of projects, maintenance of policies and procedures and oversight of our safety program. When she’s not working, Jodi enjoys spending time with her family and exploring our beautiful Oregon scenery. A fun fact about Jodi – she is also a licensed and very gifted interior decorator – what a bonus!

Tiffany moved to Oregon from California in late 2016 and joined the OHI team right away. She is a true professional having spent upwards of 11 years working in Customer Service & Office Administration. OHI is fortunate to have her knowledge and experience to assist our office with day to day operations and client communication. Tiffany will likely be the cheery, upbeat voice heard when calling the office and she is always happy to answer questions or direct callers to the right OHI personnel. In her off time, Tiffany explores the city with her friends and enjoys relaxing with her cat, Phoebe. A fun fact about Tiffany – she is a talented photographer and spends time on the weekends taking pics of various events around town.
